These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the bij baji platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bij baji and the user.
By creating an account on bij baji, playing any game, or participating in any betting activity, the user agrees to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If any user does not agree to these Terms, they are requested to refrain from using bij baji's services.

Account Registration and User Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on bij baji, the user must meet the following conditions:

- The user must open the account in their own name — operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
2.2 Identity Verification
bij baji may at any time request information or documents necessary to verify a user's identity. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the identity verification process is complete.
2.3 Account Security
The user is responsible for keeping their account username and password strictly confidential. Any suspected unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the bij baji support team immediately. The user is liable for all activity carried out on their account.
Age Verification and Responsible Gaming
All casino and betting activities on bij baji are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods on bij baji are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Before making a deposit, the user must ensure they are using a payment account registered in their own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The withdrawal method used on bij baji must match the deposit method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, processing a withdrawal may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the wagering requirements for that bonus must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
The bij baji welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, and wagering of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed before withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A specific bonus offer applies to each user only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
- bij baji reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus or withdraw any bonus offer.
- Strategic betting with the aim of increasing account balance using bonus funds is prohibited.
- Before claiming a bonus, the minimum deposit requirement specific to each offer must be verified.
- Withdrawal from bonus balance is not possible until wagering requirements are met.
5.3 Other Promotions

Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets and gaming decisions on bij baji are made at the user's own responsibility. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific betting section provides otherwise.
- Odds may change during an event in live betting.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, action will be taken in accordance with bij baji's set rules.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bij baji reserves the right to void that bet.
6.2 Casino Game Rules
The rules for each casino game are provided within the game interface. If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the server's records. If a dispute arises over a game result, a complaint can be raised through the support team.

Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bij baji and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Operating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to family members or friends from the same device.

- Colluding with other users to predetermine outcomes or participating in match-fixing.
- Using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
- Seeking out or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Creating an account using a false identity or using another person's identity.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension or Closure by bij baji
bij baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of identity or information fraud is found.
- There is reasonable suspicion that fraudulent activity is being conducted from the account.
- In order to comply with instructions from law enforcement agencies.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
A user who wishes to close their account voluntarily must contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however bonus balances for which all wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

- Issues caused by internet disconnection or disruption to third-party services.
- Any loss or damage related to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Service Changes and Termination
bij baji reserves the right to modify, upgrade, restrict or completely discontinue any part of its services at any time. The platform may be unavailable for a short period due to maintenance.
